The company focuses on high-quality, high-yield Litsea cubeba cultivation and independently breeds and propagates seed seedlings, grafted seedlings, cutting seedlings and tissue-culture seedlings. From its planting bases it advances primary processing, deep processing and the development of the full product chain. The company carries out industry-university-research collaboration with institutes such as the Guangxi Institute of Botany of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, with support and guidance from governments and competent departments at autonomous region, Guilin city and Guanyang county level. Through the “company + cooperative + farmer + bank” model, the company helps farming households develop Litsea cubeba cultivation. The tree tolerates poor soil, conserves soil and water, bears fruit in its third year and can stay productive for 30 to 50 years, delivering both ecological and economic benefits.

Project Overview
The company has transferred about 867 hectares (13,000+ mu) of land, with planting bases across several townships in Guanyang County: Gedong 333 hectares, Helong 267 hectares (including 200 hectares in Paojiang Village), Xiaolong 67 hectares and Wenshi 200 hectares, about 867 hectares in total. Total planned investment is RMB 150-180 million, equivalent to about RMB 170,000-210,000 per hectare. Through the “company + cooperative + farmer + bank” model, the company helps farming households develop Litsea cubeba cultivation. The tree tolerates poor soil, conserves soil and water, bears fruit in its third year and can stay productive for 30 to 50 years, delivering both ecological and economic benefits.
